Supplies Needed: Hard Boiled Egg Small Red Pom Pom Pipe Cleaner Scissors Glue Googly Eyes Paint or dye Paper Plate Paint Brush Construction Paper
#1: Prepare your work environment by laying down newspaper or plastic #2: Pour some paint on the paper plate #3: Have the child paint the hard boiled egg their favorite color. Can also dye the Easter Egg. #4: Set aside the egg to dry #5: Have an adult cut the pipe cleaner in half #6: Take the construction paper and cut out two wings for your butterfly. #7: Take the dry egg and glue two googly eyes in the center of the egg. These are the butterfly’s eyes #8: Take the egg and glue the red Pom Pom onto the side of the egg. This is the butterfly’s nose. #9: Take the pipe cleaners glue them to the wings. This will be the butterfly’s antennas. #9: Glue those two wings to the back of the egg. These are the butterfly’s wings. #10: Use a paint brush to make a mouth on the butterfly.

Supplies Needed: Crayons or Markers Paper Towel Roll or Toilet Paper Roll Scissors
#1: Have an adult cut about 1” sections of the toilet paper roll #2: Have the child decorate the 1” section of paper roll using crayons or markers #3: Rest your egg on these Easter Egg Holders while you dye or decorate your hard boiled egg.
