Supplies Needed:
Ribbon
Paint
Hole Punch
Paper Plate
Paint Brush

#1: Prepare your work environment by laying down newspaper or plastic
#2: Paint your paper plate yellow and set aside to dry
#3: Once your paper plate is dry take your hole punch and make holes around the rim of your plate
#4: Have an adult cut 1 inch sections of ribbon
#5: Tie a ribbon to each of the holes you made with the hole punch
#6: Have an adult make the ends of the ribbon curl by running the scissors over them.
