Supplies Needed:
Plastic Cups
Water
Paint
Paint Brushes
Black Construction Paper
Glitter

#1: Place a little water in a cup along with a little glitter and some paint
#2: Have the toddler dip their paint brush in the paint/glitter/water mixture
#3: Have them use their paint brush on the black paper for some beautiful glittery colors
