Supplies Needed:
Balloons
Scissors
Paper

#1: Cut up strips of paper. This will be your confetti  for your balloon
#2: Take a balloon and open the end of the balloon (where you place your mouth)
#3: Place a few pieces of confetti inside the balloon opening
#4: Blow up the balloon and tie the balloon
#5: Hang the balloon from the ceiling or place around the room
#6: Use a Needle to pop the balloon and watch as confetti fills the air
