#1: Print out the printable door hanger and printable star
#2: Use scissors to cut out the printable door hanger and printable star. These will be your templates. Make sure to cut out the circle on the printable door hanger
#3: Trace the printable door hanger and star on a sheet of construction paper. Make your door hanger patriotic by tracing the printable door hanger on blue paper and the star on white and red construction paper.
#4:Use scissors to cut out the door hanger and stars you traced on the construction paper
#5: Glue the stars onto the door hanger and set aside to dry
#6:  Use markers or crayons to decorate your door hanger.
                Things to write:
                   “Memorial Day 2009”
                   “We remember”
                   “In remembrance of our troops”
                   “I love the USA”
