Supplies Needed:
Tissue Paper
Cup of Water
Paint Brush
White Construction Paper

#1: Lay the construction paper out on the table
#2: Have the toddler tear up pieces of tissue paper
#3: Have the toddler lay the pieces of tissue paper on the white paper
#4: Have the toddler dip the paint brush in the water. Then put the wet paint brush on top of the tissue paper
#5: Have them wet all the tissue paper on the white paper. Then set aside.
#6: Allow the tissue paper to set on the white paper for about 5 minutes.
#7: Have the toddler remove the wet tissue paper to reveal a beautiful array of colors.
