Hand Print 4th of July Flag Craft


   Hand Print 4th of July Flag Craft is a great patriotic kids craft.This is a handprint kids craft that you will cherish for years to come.
 

Supplies Needed:
Red, Blue and White Paint
Paint Stick
Markers or Crayons
Paint Brush
Construction Paper
 
#1: Paint the paint stick red, blue or white and set aside to dry
#2: Take your child’s hand and paint one finger white the next red until you have painted all the fingers. Do not paint your child’s thumb.
#3: Paint your child’s palm blue
#4: Press your child’s hand firmly on the piece of construction paper with the thumb. Make sure to push down on each part of your child’s hand. Set aside to dry
#5: Once the paint is dry use a marker to draw stars on the blue palm print portion

Kids 4th of July Windsock Craft


   You will cherish this adorable Kids 4th of July Windsock Craft. This is a handprint kids craft that is fun for everyone.
 

Supplies Needed:
Red, Blue and White Paint
Paint Stick
Markers or Crayons
Paint Brush
Construction Paper-Red, blue, white
Tape
 
#1: Take the red and blue construction paper and cut it in about 1” sections to create the streamers for the windsock
#2: Paint your child’s hand red and blue. 
#3: On the white piece of paper place your child’s hand. You can do this all over the white piece of paper
#4: Use paint to create stars on the white piece of paper
#5:Once dry bring the two side of the paper together to create a tube.
#6: Use the tape to secure the tube.
#7: Take the red and blue strips of paper and tape them to the bottom of the white piece of paper to create streamers. 

4th of July Table Decorations


   You will be the talk of the barbecue with your 4th of July table decorations. This table decoration is easy to make and something the whole family can get involved in making
 

Supplies Needed:
Fabric Table Cloth (old sheet or blanket)
Paint
Sponges
Paper Plate
Scissors
Marker


#1: Lay your fabric table cloth on the grass outside or someplace that won’t get damaged by paint
#2: Place newspaper or plastic anywhere you want to avoid paint
#3: Take a sponge and draw different 4th of July items such as stars, stripes, flag, USA, Birthday Cake, Grill, baseball,
#4: Cut out the images you drew on the sponge. Ask an adult for help.
#5: Place small paint piles on the paper plate. This will be where you get paint for your sponge or paint brush.
#6: Dip your sponge or paint brush in the paint
#7: Press the sponge firmly onto the fabric table cloth.
#8: Have fun decorating the table cloth. It’s a great project to get the whole family involved in!

4th of July Games


   Your family will have a blast playing these great Independence Day, and summer games! Lots of different 4th of July activities to choose from the hard part is deciding which one to do first
 

Supplies Needed:
Printable Barbecue Items:

#1: Print out the barbecue items. You will need one item for each person playing the game
#2: Give a barbecue item to each child and have them color the barbecue item
#3: Have each child glue their colored barbecue item to a sheet of construction paper
#4: Have each child cut out their colored barbecue item
#5: This 4th of July game is like musical chairs. Set all the colored barbecue items in the center and have the children make a circle around the items.
#6:  Tell the children that when the music turns off they will need to grab any barbecue item from the center of the circle. The one without a barbecue item is out.
#7: Turn on the music. And then turn off the music.
#8: Each time someone goes out of the game a barbecue item must be taken from the center until you have a winner!
