Supplies Needed:
Cloths Pin
Paint
Construction paper
Scissors
Glue
Paint Brush
Markers or Crayons
Small Googly Eyes
Pipe Cleaner –cut in half

#1: Prepare your work environment by laying down newspaper or plastic
#2: Paint your cloths pin and set aside to dry
#3: Glue the pipe cleaners to the top of the cloths pin. These are the butterfly’s’ antennas.
#4: Glue the googly eyes below the pipe cleaners
#5: Draw a mouth on the butterfly below the googly eyes
#6: On construction paper draw four ovals
#7: Cut out the four ovals. These will be the butterfly’s wings
#8: Decorate the butterfly’s wings (ovals)
#9: Glue the decorated wings to the back of the cloths pin
