Supplies Needed:
Pipe Cleaners
25 Craft Beads
Pencil

#1: Place around 25 beads onto a pipe cleaner. Leaving about an inch on each end of the pipe cleaner.  For a glitter effect use tinsel pipe cleaners.
#2: Make a loop with the beaded portion of the pipe cleaner and secure it by twisting the pipe cleaners together a few times
#3:  Wrap the last portion of the twist tie around a pencil to create a curly design that will the top of the napkin ring
#4: Place around your napkin and set the table for a wonderful family holiday meal!
