#1: Paint all 6 popsicle sticks blue on both sides. Then make them sparkle by adding some glitter
#2: Allow the sticks to dry
#3: Glue the sticks in a Star of David pattern.  If you are unsure about pattern you can use the printable Star of David Template.
#4: Allow the glue to dry
#5:  Attach a piece of string to the top of the star and make a loop
#6: Hang your Star of David in your window or around your door knob!
