Supplies Needed:
2 paper plates
Stapler
Scissors
Glue
Hole Punch
String
Decorations-pom poms, markers, crayons, glitter
Bells (jingle bells from the craft store)

#1: Staple the two paper plates together, so there is a pocket between the plates
#2: Around the rim of the plate make holes with the hole punch equally separated
#3: Decorate your New Year’s Eve Tambourine with glitter, pom poms, New Year’s Eve date, etc
#4: Place a ribbon through each hole and attach a bell.
#5: Now you are ready to ring in the New Year!
